INFORMATION RETURNS
If for some reason the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase, it is possible to return the item, unworn and unused, to request a refund or an exchange. The terms and conditions are as follows.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The products must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition in which they were originally shipped: not worn, washed or altered. They must also be returned with all tags and any original accessories, including the authenticity label and security seal, which must not be cut or broken. Damaged returns will not be accepted and may be returned to the Customer at his expense.
Footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is an integral part of the product.
Items can only be returned from the country where the delivery was made.
The return shipment is charged to the customer. It is possible to request a return within 14 days from the order delivery date. To make a return it is necessary to access the "my account" section, select "return", enter the order number and any additional notes or send an email to vice versatermoli@gmail.com.
YOU CHANGE
To change color or size, you must request a return and place a new order. The customs duties due for the item are charged to the customer.
DEFECTIVE GOODS
Products received already damaged or showing lack of conformity are considered defective. VICEVERSA carries out a dutiful and accurate check on the goods shipped by at least 2 persons in charge for which it guarantees an undamaged and/or defective product. VICEVERSA reserves the right to refuse unauthorized defective returns.
In case of acceptance of the defective return VICE VERSA will reimburse the purchase price of the item and any shipping costs but not the customs duties.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
There is the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the day of receipt of the products purchased on the site. (Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code)). However, it is not possible to exchange the chosen product for another one.
REFUNDS: times and methods following the right of withdrawal
After returning the products, the seller carries out the necessary checks relating to their compliance with the conditions and terms indicated in the return conditions. In the event that the checks are concluded positively, you will receive confirmation of acceptance of the returned products via e-mail and we will refund you within 14 days; in the event that the checks are not concluded positively, the seller will communicate via e-mail the impossibility of proceeding with the refund, due to failure to comply with the conditions indicated in the previous paragraph.
Without prejudice, alternatively, to the possibility of getting back, at your expense, within 30 days, the products in the state in which they were returned to the seller, according to the provisions of the previous paragraph.
Where a simple refund is requested, this will only concern the purchase price and not customs duties.
VICE VERSA will endeavor to execute the refund immediately, in any case within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods. The date of effective visibility of the credit that has taken place may vary due to factors beyond the control of VICEVERSA.
The re-credit will be made on the same credit card or on the same current account used by the Customer for the payment.
TERMS OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer must notify VICEVERSA of the withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods by emailvice versatermoli@gmail.com
The mere return of the goods does not automatically entail a valid right of withdrawal from the contract.
The item must be returned intact (not worn, washed or altered) and placed in the original packaging in the same condition in which it was originally shipped, complete with all its components: tags, original accessories, including the authenticity label and the safety seal that must not be cut or broken.
The Customer must prepare the package and send it no later than 7 days to VICEVERSA , C.so Fratelli Brigida 89, Termoli, (CB) Italy. The customer is recommended to use a safe and reliable means of shipping and to keep a copy of the shipping document.
The return to the warehouse must take place within 10 days from the date of delivery. The return shipment is charged to the Customer and under his complete responsibility until the certificate of receipt in the VICEVERSA warehouse.
VICE VERSA is not liable for damage or theft/loss of items returned by uninsured shipments.
VICEVERSA will refund the customer for the full amount of the purchase, excluding transport costs, within 30 working days from the delivery date. The re-credit will be made to the same credit card or current account used by the Customer for payment.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the conditions of integrity of the goods do not exist, i.e.:
• in the absence of the external packaging and original packaging;
• for even partial use of the article or in the absence of its components (tags, accessories, labels and seals);
• for damage to the product.
In such cases VICEVERSA will provide for the termination of the contract and, alternatively, the possibility of getting back, at your expense, within 30 days, the products in the state in which they were returned to the seller.
